I'm trying to get a wave embedded on the site but to do that I need the help of someone who can edit the source code (admins/mods). I've already talked to sharks and pompousclown about this a little bit and you two seemed to be a little stumped as to how you could go about doing this. I think I've found some guides that may be of assistance. Check these out:
http://heresmycode.blogspot.com/http://www.victusspiritus.com/2009/10/15/how-to-embed-google-wave-on-your-wordpress-blog/I think you still may need a "WaveID" from me, which I can now provide accurately. The WaveID for the wave I want to test out is "
uUSmpUBEF" Just let me know when you're ready to test this out. The sooner the better I think so we can figure out exactly how to incorporate this into the website best.
Edit: Yeah so now I've actually figured it out. The only problem we have is that the WveID was entered incorrectly, so just replace whatever it was before (I think I gave you my username) with the code mentioned above (
uUSmpUBEF). That should do the trick!
Important Edit: (As if anyone payed any attention to this stuff anyway) So the problem with the green screen was that I had the wrong WaveID. I now know that
my actual WaveID is:
googlewave.com!w+9wEkpHp-B The other thing I've realized while figuring out the problem is that you have to actually have a google wave account o be able to see the wave. This is currently somewhat of a problem but I have a solution in mind, so don't worry about it too much
