Here at Neo Toonami we welcome any and all who'd donate their time, effort, and whatever means they have at their disposal to making our goal a reality. However, at the same time we the staff and administration expect a certain level of maturity from the members of this community when it comes to communicating with your peers. Thus we have laid out the following set of rules which we expect all Neo Toonami members to follow. Though it consists of nothing more than common courtesies, we ask that each member become familiar with this list not only to remind him/herself of how Neo Toonami users are expected to conduct themselves, but also to bring to light any topic we might have missed or suggest a policy in need of modification/revision.

1) Use an appropriate screen name/handle!:
What is allowed: We encourage our members to express themselves and their creativity through whatever means they can, the username being one such one way. A username says a lot about you and plays a significant role in the way other members see and interact with you, so take the time to come up with something that reflects what you want to convey about yourself while at the same time making a good impression. Humor is always welcome as long as it isn't malicious in nature and meant to insult someone.
What isn't allowed: Any username that is sexually explicit (we don't need to know how good you are or how long it is) or purposefully lewd (bad toilet humor), discriminatory or hateful towards any person or group of people (racism and bigotry), and/or contains profanity. Any user found in violation of this rule will have his/her account immediately suspended and possibly face other penalties depending on the severity of the situation; temporary or permanent ban.

2) Keep your posts clean!:
What is allowed: As with usernames, we welcome you to express yourself and your ideas in your posts and ask that you explore everything that the site has to offer; exchanging opinions and making friends in the casual discussion section, posting suggestions and giving feedback in the project threads, or hanging out in the chat box. The occasional use of profanity and double entendre (example: "That's what she said") are perfectly fine as long as they aren't malicious or found to be offensive by other forum members.
What isn't allowed: Same as above. Nothing sexually explicit, outright disgusting, or hateful. Doing so will earn you a warning, suspension, and/or being banned. Also please do not post advertisements without first contacting an administrator or moderator. Threads containing spam will not be tolerated, will be deleted immediately, and will result in the author being banned. You have been warned.

3) Hyperlinks and Websites
What is allowed: Found a great place to shop, a cool video on Youtube, or the best motivator ever on Photobucket? Post it. You are welcome to post practically anything and set your homepage in your profile picture to anything you want except for what is listed below. The only thing we ask is that you make sure you post links in the appropriate thread (Example: music videos in the music forums). Video embedding is allowed!
What isn't allowed: Everyone of you should know what is and isn't appropriate viewing material in a public environment like this, but just in case you need a reminder here is a short list:
*Porn and/or anything that is sexually explicit; anything that can be considered violent or outright malicious (This constitutes both humans and animals)
*Spam and advertisements (Any ads most be approved by a staff member and not contain inappropriate material)
*Any copyrighted or protected material that you do not have permission to distribute

4) Avatars and Signatures
What is allowed: Anything other than what is listed below and is no larger than 250x250 pixels
 What isn't allowed:
